Join us for this year's Mother-Daughter retreat on September 20-22. The theme is "Jesus the Game Changer."
Our guest speaker will be Marsha Beal. Marsha was born and raised in northern Pennsylvania. In 1985 she come to Berrien Springs, Michigan for college and ended up meeting and marrying John Beal a true Michigander. They have been married for 36 years. In those 36 years, Marsha has earned a B.T. in Graphic Arts/Printing Management from Andrews University, M.A. in Interpersonal Communications from Western Michigan University, and an M.S. in Online Learning and Design from Purdue University. She calls Berrien Center, Michigan home since 1995. In 2002, John and Marsha took a 12 day trip to China where they adopted their daughter Karyl, who now at the age of 22 is attending University of Illinois Veterinary College in the quest to becoming a veterinarian.
Marsha currently works at Andrews University in the Office of Campus Safety. She is the Compliance Lieutenant, where she focuses on making sure that people are safe on campus and that buildings are safe.
As a member of the Stevensville SDA Church, she is the pathfinder director and the chair of the Safety Committee. She is passionate about young people and their relationship with Jesus.
This event is for moms with daughters up to the ages of 17. During the weekend you and your daughter will have the opportunity to draw closer to each other and Jesus.
