Upper Peninsula Women's Retreat

This weekend, we are going to give ourselves permission to step away from the busyness of life and embrace how to find peace and rest for our souls, no matter what season we find ourselves in.

Our speaker, Judy Ramos, is a long time Adventist educator. She has taught in many classrooms ranging from elementary through college level. She is currently a doctoral student at Michigan State University in East Lansing where she is focusing her research on language and literacy practices in church settings. She is a wife of 22 years and a mom to three sons ages 20, 18, and 16, two of whom were born in the Keweenaw where her husband pastored for about 5 years.

We look forward to this rustic retreat at beautiful Camp Sagola where we will let go of the things that have been holding us back from experiencing a deeper relationship with Christ.
